Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus with ends trimmed

  • 2 oz prosciutto

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Coat asparagus with olive oil

  3. Cut the prosciutto into thin lengthwise slices and wrap around each individual piece of asparagus

  4. Baked for 20 minutes

Roasted Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs mayonnaise*

  • 1 clove roasted garlic*

Instructions

  1. Finely chop roasted garlic clove

  2. Combine roasted garlic and mayonnaise in small bowl and serve immediately

Green Goddess Aioli

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs mayonnaise*

  • 1 tsp chives, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp cilantro, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and serve immediately

*Sir Kensington’s Fabanaise is my go-to mayonnaise. It is actually vegan and made with aquafaba (chickpea liquid) instead of eggs. Try it once, and you’ll never go back to the real stuff guaranteed.

*To roast garlic coat in olive oil and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees
