Strawberry Jam

  • 1 lb strawberries, hulled and quartered

  • 1/2 cup sugar*

  • Juice of 1 lemon


  1. Using a food processor* pulse strawberries for 5 - 10 seconds, or finely chop strawberries

  2. Heat lemon juice and sugar over medium heat and stir until sugar is fully dissolved

  3. Add strawberries and bring to a rolling boil, or until mixture becoming foamy

  4. Cook for 7 minutes while occasionally stirring. Strawberries should completely break down and mixture should thicken

  5. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature

  6. Transfer to jar or container, and refrigerate for up to a week


*I perter organic cane sugar such as Wholesome Organic Cane Sugar
