Blueberry Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non fat greek yogurt

  • 3/4 cup blueberries

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp organic cane sugar*

Directions

  1. Heat blueberries, lemon juice and sugar over medium heat

  2. Let it come to a simmer and cook for 4 minutes or until the blueberries start to break down and become syrupy

  3. Remove from heat and let mixture come to room temperature

  4. Stir in with greek yogurt and enjoy

Notes

*Agave nectar can be substituted for cane sugar

**Will keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days
