Simple Skincare Routine

I have gotten a couple of questions lately on my skincare routine so I thought why not do a post on it?

I have always been a pretty big skincare junkie. Honestly, I spend more money and time on skincare than makeup. Like everything in my life, I try to keep my skincare routine as simple as possible! I have learned that the more complicated I make my daily routines the less likely I am to follow them consistently. After years of experimenting with different products, I have found my perfect combination.

It might seem like a lot, but these products last me AT LEAST six months so I usually buy them once a year, and ask for skincare for Christmas and Birthdays!

The Body

Kopari Organic Coconut Melt - I have never been great about lathering myself in lotion after a shower, but that has changed thanks to this coconut melt. I discovered it after becoming preggers, which pushed me to clean up my routine a bit. I love how it keeps my body moisturized, and it smells fantastic!

Supergoop! Everyday SPF - Tanning is not something that will ever be easy for me, so I have come to accept that fact and am all about some sunscreen. Supergoop! has been my go-to for the past 3 years and is always in my purse for when I need to reapply.

The Face

Skinceuticals Gentle Cleanser - I cleanse my face every night before bed, but honestly just splash water on it in the morning. I used to not be a fan of cream cleansers, but since using this one my face has stayed much more moisturized naturally.

Patchology Clean AF Facial Wipes - When I’m feeling Lazy AF or traveling these facial wipes are my go-to instead of using my cleanser. I know my esthetician is probably cringing when reading this, but it’s better than sleeping in my makeup, right?

Laura Mercier Flawless Skin Face Polish - OBSESSED with this exfoliant. It has a really gritty texture that makes me feel I am getting my skin nice and exfoliated. I don’t use this every night, more like twice a week.

Caudalie Vine[activ] Serum - This glow activating serum is EVERYTHING. I use it every morning and night. It feels fantastic on my skin, and I can really see a difference when it comes to my wrinkles.

Sunday Riley CEO Hydration Cream - The CEO hydration cream is packed with Vitamin C, and keeps my skin consistently moisturized. I use this every morning and every night before bed.

SkinCeuticals A.G.E. Eye Complex - I don’t know about you, but since turning 30 I struggle when it comes to dark circles and crow’s feet. I started using this about a year ago every night before bedtime and have seen major progress. This product isn’t the cheapest, but I promise it lasts forever since a little product goes a long way!

Laura Mercier Moisturizing Glow Mask - I just love all things Laura Mercier, and this face mask is fantastic. I really like the fact that is is a cream mask so I can get right around my eyes and mouth unlike a sheet mask. All it takes is just a little dollop to cover your entire face. I would love to say I use it every week, but in reality it’s more like every other week.

The Bump

I’ve mentioned these products in previous posts so I am not going to go into too much detail, but I’ve been using Mama Mio Tummy Rub Butter every morning and Mama Mio Tummy Rub Oil every night before bedtime to avoid stretch marks. So far, so good!
