Perfect Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 tsp agave nectar

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Sprinkle of ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed (optional)

  • Blueberries (optional)


  1. Combine oats, milk, agave nectar, vanilla and cinnamon in a mason jar

  2. Shake until well combined

  3. Refrigerate overnight

  4. In the morning open jar and give your oats a stir

  5. Top with flaxseed and blueberries and enjoy immediately!


  • Great breakfast to make on Sunday for the work week! Best consumed within 3 days.

  • Feel free to get creative with toppings

  • If you want to make a bigger batch, just scale up the recipe and make in a bigger Tupperware container
